When I went to China I shot just one roll of the Harman Phoenix film and just barely finished all 36 frames. This film stock is a fairly new release & I had never shot on it before. A film photographer that I follow on Instagram did a challenge where she shot each of the seven colors on this film stock, so during my visit I challenged myself to do the same. It was fun to go out and look for specific colors I noticed myself planning the shots I wanted based on things that I saw. It felt very intentional and I enjoyed it. I visited China during Lunar New Year so red was a very easy color to capture. Some of the harder colors were orange and purple. Very happy with the photos from this roll. I feel like this film stock has a high contrast, and it was perfect for the little project that I did. Below are all the pictures highlighting the color RED.
As always I hope you guys enjoyed the photos <3
