Earlier this year I was taking many photos in vibrant destinations like Mexico City and China. In such dense and new places, it’s so easy to find things to photograph. It was easy to think that there wasn’t going to be much to capture back in the familiar landscape of suburban Dallas. But I wanted to make it a point and challenge that belief. I firmly believe that beauty can be found in just about anything. <3
I spent a considerable about of time over the summer in the Harry Hines Asian Trade District in Dallas. It is a hub of wholesale shopping, warehouses, and a neighboring little Korean town. During my time here something that stood out to me was the colors of the building. One day after work, I brought my camera out to shoot and this is what I captured.
All photos were taken on Fuji X100V.
Hope you enjoyed the photos, leave a comment and tell me your favorite <3
